Amazon decided last year to launch a program called Pivot. The program was designed to help employees get back on track in line with Amazon’s standards. But 18 months after the program was first implemented, it’s attracting the dissent of employees at the company.
Larry Fink, BlackRock CEO, has sent a warning letter to all the other CEOs out there. Fink is urging CEOs to start accounting for social impact as a modern practice in running their business. Fink wrote that it is becoming important for firms to demonstrate strategy for long term value.
