Despite Elon Musk’s tweet showing contempt for the ESG metrics, investors believe Tesla still cares about ESG – even if Musk says otherwise.

Shortly after the Twitter deal was confirmed, Tesla moved from a market cap of slightly above $1 trillion to around $900 billion.

Elon Musk's bid to buy Twitter was put on hold temporarily while an investigation is underway to determine the exact number of fake/spam accounts. So far, Musk seems determined to proceed with the deal.
