The CEO stated his company will file a lawsuit against Alameda County, arguing that the “unelected and ignorant interim health officers there are acting contrary to the orders issued by the governor.”

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar also dropped out of the race and both announced they’re backing the candidature of Joe Biden.

“In Nevada, we have just put together a multiracial and multigenerational coalition which is not only going to win Nevada but sweep the entire country,” he said.

While in some states anyone can vote regardless of registration, 22 states have closed primaries and only registered party members can vote.

Leaders in the state have been coming forward with messages of support and concern, but Republican Matt Schaefer stands firm on his opposition to any gun control.

This year’s fall debate will have a tougher threshold compared to other years, but these candidates have already qualified to participate.
