Last Tuesday, Donald Trump Jr. released a series of emails which he claims is the full email chain with a music publicist who is believed to have arranged a meeting between him and a Russian attorney. At the time, Donald Trump Jr. was trying to get a hold of the Russian attorney who supposedly knew something about Hillary Clinton.

Donald Trump Jr. tweeted about the release of the email chain as a way to be truly transparent about the entire Russian attorney meeting, a story which was first covered by the New York Times.

In Trump Jr.'s first statement, the first email was with Rob Goldstone, a music publicist of a famous Russian pop star who has known connections with President Donald Trump. This happened on June 3, 2016.

Goldstone confirmed that he facilitated the meeting between Trump Jr. and the Russian lawyer known as Natalia Veselnitskaya.

Trump Jr. added that the first few emails happened before all of this Russian-Trump administration fever started. He released emails totaled to four pages.

Here are a few of the most notable parts:

Goldstone sent an email to Trump Jr. saying that he has official information and documents that would incriminate Hillary Clinton, which would prove to be very useful for Donald Trump's presidential campaign.

Goldstone also added the information is part of the Russian government, and it's a way of supporting Mr. Trump.

Trump Jr. responded that if it is what he says it is, then he (Trump Jr.) would love to see what Goldstone has in store, especially in the coming summer.

According to a report by the Times last Monday, Trump Jr. was specifically informed that Veselnitskaya had damaging information on Hillary Clinton, and the Russian government wanted to aid Donald Trump. The emails seem to confirm what the Times had reported.

Times report says that Veselnitskaya is the Russian government attorney which was in the emails.

Another thing that is an interesting subject in the released email chain is the mention of the "Crown Prosecutor of Russia" meeting with Aras Agalarov, a wealthy Russian developer who helped Trump in bringing Miss Universe pageant to Moscow in 2013.

Agalarov also served as the liaison between Vladimir Putin and Trump during the 2013 Moscow trip. According to a report by Washington Post, Trump appeared in a 2013 music video of Emin Agalarov, the pop star son of the billionaire Aras Agalarov. Also, it was the younger Agalarov son who Goldstone was facilitating a meeting for with the Trumps.

According to the email chain, in June 7, Goldstone clearly indicated that the younger Agalov isn't able to attend the meeting, and asked if Trump Jr. is willing to meet with a Russian attorney who was flying to the United States days before the scheduled meeting. The arranged meeting was attended by Jared Kushner, Paul Manafort, Trump Jr. and Veselnitskaya. As of the moment, the United States government has yet to make a decision on whether to take the incident seriously or treat it as a private citizen-attorney meeting.
