President Biden directs harsh criticism towards Facebook for allowing misinformation about COVID-19 to spread so easily during the pandemic, potentially costing people's lives. He apologized for his phrasing, but stands by his view.

To prevent the onslaught of misinformation regarding COVID-19 vaccines, Facebook is making an effort to remove false claims from the platform.
